ISP’s computers and communications systems provide for highly efficient administration, budgeting, accounting, cash management and document management & filing systems, with high levels of internal and external controls.
Up to the minute information
The accounting system provides fast and detailed reporting to the owner and/or operator's management, providing them the running costs of their vessels as well as any other financial information they require. Clients have instantaneous information through password-protected Internet access to all their data.
Also, ISP implements and maintains very cost-efficient onboard systems to facilitate purchasing and crewing functions.
Separate, private accounts
We maintain efficient control over owners’ accounts by working with first-class banking institutions, and keep a completely separate set of books and each owner’s funds in a separate bank account in each owner’s name.
Auditing
The company follows internationally accepted accounting principles and engages external auditors to perform an annual audit on clients’ accounting records.
In addition, it is each owner’s choice at any given time, to do a full audit by its own internal or external auditors, for all matters related to their vessel, for accounting and cash matters, but also as it relates to purchasing, maintenance, communications and safety.
