Crew Management

ISP Leisure's Human Resource Department is headed by a dedicated group of industry veterans with former ship experience, making them uniquely and highly qualified in selecting the right applicants for the job, and they work with several placement agencies in many different countries to hire and train a staff of international food and beverage, hotel and customer service professionals.

ISP Leisure also provides contracted independent crew management services to other cruise companies. ISP Leisure is very proud to say that the crew has always been the corner stone of the Company's success, and a valuable attribute in providing and maintaining a consistently high level of customer service to our clients and their guests. ISP Leisure currently employs crew from over thirty different nationalities. ISP purchased ownership in a crewing agency in the Philippines, Pacific Valiant, and the agency supplies hotel crew for ISP Leisure.
