ISP provides comprehensive Port Operations services, including:

Appointment and handling of the agents in all ports
Handling and recording of all port agent invoices
Negotiating agency costs, port charges and other related costs in each and every port of call
Stevedoring and other similar services where passengers embark and disembark
Handling the supply of lube oil, fuel oil and fresh water in all ports
Coordinating with all U.S. and other officials in Customs, Immigration and Captain of the port
Inspection of new ports for future itineraries
Preparation of itineraries for all vessels in regard to port availability, approaches/depth, piers, distances, tugs and other services needed for the vessel
Coding and approving of invoices related to passenger crew medical expenses in the out ports
Arranging pier reservations for future arrivals
Preparing port operation budgets for all ports and vessels
