ISP has established and implemented a Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System enhancing ship management services with an emphasis on highest quality principles, the importance of safety and the preservation of the marine environment.
Our commitment to Quality and Environmental initiatives is demonstrated through present certification by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) for ISO 9001/2000 (Quality Management System Standards) and ISO 14001/2004 (Environmental Management System Standards) and International Ship Management (ISM) Code for the safe operation of ships and pollution prevention.
ISP was previously certified for Quality Assurance under the International Ship Managers Association’s (ISMA) strict standards but this organization, now known as InterManager, has adopted the stringent requirements of ISO 9001 for all activities undertaken by a company for membership into their organization.
Through a spirit of teamwork and commitment to Total Quality Management, ISP aims for uninterrupted ship operation and zero losses.
