Commitment to Quality
ISP has established and implemented a Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System enhancing ship management services with an emphasis on highest quality principles, the importance of safety and the preservation of the marine environment.
ISP has achieved certification in ISO 9001- Quality and ISO 14001 Environmental Management from Bureau Veritas. The scope of the certification is Ship Management for the Safe Operation and Pollution Prevention for a Fleet of Passenger Ships, Passenger Ro-Ro vessels and Tank Ships.
ISP was previously certified for Quality Assurance under the International Ship Managers Association’s (ISMA) strict standards but this organization, now known as InterManager, has adopted the stringent requirements of ISO 9001 for all activities undertaken by a company for membership into their organization.
Through a spirit of teamwork and commitment to Total Quality Management ISP has developed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) throughout the organization. ISP aims for uninterrupted ship operations and zero losses.
